About Karin Odermatt

Dear follower,

My name is Karin Odermatt. I have worked as an aerialist for the past 20 years. I have performed in shows and Varieties, such as Cirque du Soleil, the Chameleon in Berlin, Tiger palest Variety in Frankfurt, Wallmans Salonger in Copenhagen (Scandinavians biggest dinner show) - just to name a few.

I have participated in the festival Cirque de demain in Paris, won first prize in artistic category at the Comedy festival in Berlin as well as received a third place in the international Youth Circus Festival in Wiesbaden.

I have recently finished the Instructor education- and currently study the trainer education for teaching professional aerial artists with the national Circus School in Montreal.

Besides that I have received several educational- and teacher certificates in pole, flexibility and aerial. I also teach hoop, silk and rope in person in Sweden as well as online, all over the world.

I also graduated in Copenhagen, covering more than 300 hours of anatomy, physiology and pathology and I have an exam as a nutritionist coach.

Fun fact:

Over the past 10 years I have become well known in Sweden for writing scripts and acting as one of two main characters in a well known TV Series for kids in Swedish national TV.
